With A Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) from your GP – FACE TO FACE
- Initial consult (45-50 minutes) : $95 ($90 per pension/concession) -rebate $58
- Review consults (30 mins): $62 ( rebate $58)

Private Fees: if you don’t qualify for a Chronic Disease Management Plan
- Initial $100 (45-50 min), $95 (pensioner/ concession)
- Initial extended (60 mins) $110 (Bariatric, disordered eating) (60 min)
- Review $70 (30 minutes), $65 concession
Rebates: Private Health (ancillary cover) may cover a portion of the cost if you have cover for Dietetics. Check your cover before coming along. Claiming available in the clinic so you will only pay the GAP

Packages for private consultations
$200- 1 Initial consultation and 2 follow ups, saving of 10% . Must be paid upfront at initial consultation. Rebates still apply
Couples package– $156 for initial consultation of 1 hour 15 minutes , $100 for follow ups – 45 minutes
10 week weight loss package (online)
$400- 3 x face to face (Video Call) visits
3 x food diary reviews and email feedback from your Dietitian in between the face to face visits to keep you motivated and on track.See the Services for detailed information the the weight loss packages
Packages only available FOR VIDEO/phone consults. Further packages can be purchased at a discounted rate.
6 week weight loss package (online)

Veterans affairs Gold or White card holders may be eligible for FREE services, discuss with your doctor
Email consultations
$60 for 1 week meal plan review. You will receive
- An email with suggestions on how to improve your meal plan
- extra recipes/goals/suggestions
- answering any questions you send through with your meal plan
You can also use this service after having completed an initial consultation if you are too busy to come into the clinic for reviews
WORKSHOPS
$350 per 90 minute session (additional preparation time may be charged separately)
