Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify the clinic at your earliest convenience. This allows for your appointment time to be offered to someone else. We require 1 business day notice for changes to appointments

On the day: $50
Failure to attend: Full consultation fee

  • No Medicare rebate available for cancellations or failure to attend.

  • Transfer of your appointment to a phone appointment will not result in a cancellation fee.


Why we have a cancellation policy
For you
Seeing a dietitian is a great investment into your health. It is important that you attend your consultations as recommended by your health care team to achieve the best results in optimising your health. Usually more than one consultation will be necessary to help build strategies and overcome challenges, maintaining momentum is important to improve your health. If you are having trouble attending your appointments, please discuss this with the dietitian or reception staff so that alternative options can be made available.

Other clients
Other clients may be on a waitlist to see the dietitian, if you give us sufficient notice of the need to reschedule, your appointment time can be offered to someone else. The more notice you give us, the more time we have to contact people on our waitlist, and they can make any necessary arrangements to attend the appointment.
