Dr Analise Nicholl
As a holistic Dietitian, I follow relevant diet and health guidelines, but my focus is on the complex person sitting int front of me – you. I hope to give you enough information to recognise, and then follow, your health goals. It’s really great when these goals come out of those ‘Aha!’ moments: the ones that can totally change the way you look at what and how you are eating.
As a research Dietitian, I keep an eye out for the latest evidence to help me – and you – cut through the bewildering amount of dietary information out there. Call it myth-busting, or finding the truths and common sense among the nonsense.
As a passionate Foodie, I believe in the power of wholefoods to build health – and of processed foods to destroy it. Wholefoods can be easy to find, should be simple and can fit most budgets.
Come see me, and learn how a good diet can improve your heart health, your disturbed blood glucose levels, your bone health, your liver and kidney health, your inflammatory and metabolic conditions, your food intolerances, your irritable or inflammatory bowel conditions, your cancer recovery ‒ and the many, many combinations that, along with treatments and meds, can leave you feeling tired and run-down.
A lot of these conditions are tied to your gut health: I aim to treat your digestive health and resulting deficiencies all the way along your gut, from the top to your bottom.
My other passions can be said to start and end with Italy. Throw in a few good books to read while travelling, and a lot of walking as I explore and find my way to great food.
